Position Summary

Are you an experienced healthcare sales professional looking to own a territory, build strategic partnerships, and drive real revenue growth? MyShyft is hiring a Regional Growth Executive to lead new business development, reactivate dormant accounts, and expand utilization across an assigned multi-state territory.

This is a market-facing, relationship-driven role ideal for candidates with backgrounds in healthcare staffing, post-acute sales, per diem workforce solutions, or consultative B2B healthcare sales. You will partner with facility leaders, regional operators, and administrators to bring MyShyft’s workforce marketplace to more healthcare organizations – including SNFs, LTACs, IRFs, behavioral health facilities, hospice providers, assisted living communities, and hospitals.

Why This Role Exists

  • MyShyft needs dedicated regional growth leaders focused on new revenue, market reactivation, and territory expansion.
  • This role creates a clear separation between revenue generation and day-to-day client support, enabling you to stay focused on growth.
  • Multi-state territories require consistent market ownership, disciplined follow-up, and in-person relationship building.
  • The role supports expansion across LTACs, IRFs, behavioral health, hospice, assisted living, hospitals, and SNFs.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Growth & New Business Development

  • Own new business development and pipeline growth across your assigned multi-state territory.
  • Build and manage a targeted pipeline of healthcare facility prospects by market, facility type, volume opportunity, and payment reliability.
  • Execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails, in-person visits, and strategic follow-up.
  • Develop market-level growth plans in partnership with the VP of Growth & Strategic Partnerships.

Strategic Partnerships & Account Expansion

  • Develop executive-level relationships with facility leaders, administrators, operators, and regional decision-makers.
  • Expand utilization within current and newly activated accounts by identifying opportunities in additional departments, service lines, and markets.
  • Lead strategic conversations around MyShyft value, workforce flexibility, patient safety, and staffing reliability.
  • Partner with Client Success and the VIP team to support accounts after activation.

Account Reactivation & Utilization Growth

  • Reactivate inactive or low-utilization accounts through targeted outreach and relationship rebuilding.
  • Identify and address barriers preventing accounts from posting shifts by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Escalate high-risk retention issues to the Director of Client Success while keeping the focus on growth.

Territory Management & CRM Discipline

  • Maintain accurate account, contact, pipeline, and activity documentation in HubSpot CRM.
  • Prioritize weekly activity around high-value accounts, new opportunities, reactivations, and expansion targets.
  • Provide territory updates, pipeline visibility, and market feedback to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Client Success Specialists for operational follow-up and account continuity.
  • Work with the VIP team for high-touch onboarding support during the first 60 days of new accounts.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and leadership on pricing, contracts, and strategic opportunities.

What This Role Does Not Own

  • Day-to-day password resets, user setup, routine posting support, or invoice requests.
  • Routine clock-in, missed punch, or app troubleshooting issues.
  • Primary after-hours support coverage.
  • Long-term administrative account management handled by Client Success, the VIP team, or Operations.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, staffing, account management, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven ability to manage a multi-state territory with regular travel and disciplined follow-up.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and credibility with facility leaders and regional operators.
  • Comfortable prospecting, reactivating accounts, managing objections, and closing business.
  • Strong communication, organization, and CRM documentation skills.
  • Healthcare experience required; post-acute, SNF, LTAC, IRF, hospice, behavioral health, hospital, or assisted living experience strongly preferred.

Preferred

  • Experience selling into multi-site healthcare operators or regional health systems.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Understanding of per diem staffing, agency workforce models, or healthcare labor challenges.
  • Existing healthcare operator relationships within the assigned territory.

What Success Looks Like – First 90 Days

  • Territory plan completed with target accounts, reactivation prospects, strategic accounts, and top market opportunities identified.
  • Consistent weekly outreach, in-person meetings, and pipeline-building activity documented in HubSpot.
  • Inactive accounts actively re-engaged with clear next steps and timelines.
  • New opportunities moving through the pipeline with defined decision-makers.
  • Client Success Specialists aligned to support account continuity while the Regional Growth Executive remains focused on growth.
  • Leadership has clear, real-time visibility into territory pipeline, account risks, growth opportunities, and next-step priorities.
