MyShyft connects you with flexible shift opportunities at healthcare facilities. You choose when and where you work, while MyShyft handles the connection, support, and payment process.
1. Create and Complete your Profile
To get started, download the MyShyft app and set up your account.
What to do:
- Enter your personal and contact information
- Upload required credentials (license, certifications, TB, ID)
- Complete any onboarding steps
A complete profile helps you get approved faster and increases your chances of picking up shifts.
2. Browse and Pick Up Shifts
Once you have been activated, you can start viewing and applying to available shifts.
How it works:
- Browse shifts based on your role and location
- Review shift details (facility, time, pay rate, notes)
- Select and confirm the shifts you want
You’re in control – only pick shifts that fit your schedule
3. Prepare For Your First Shift
Show up, follow expectations, and provide quality care.
During your shift:
- Clock in and out on the MyShyft app
- Follow facility guidelines and policies
- Communicate with staff if you have questions
Facilities rely on you – professionalism and reliability matter.
4. Get Paid
MyShyft ensures you’re paid timely for completed shifts.
What to know:
- MyShyft offers instant pay for eligible bank accounts
- Normal MyShyft payments payout 2-4 business days after the shift is completed
- Additional pay protections may apply (ex. cancellations or being sent home early)
- If there’s an issue, submit a time clock adjustment form here.
5. Get Support When You Need It
You’re not on your own.
