How Does Pay On MyShyft Work

Who this is for: MyShyft Caregivers working through the app

MyShyft processes payment for completed shifts worked through the platform. To avoid delays, it is important to clock in and out correctly, complete your scheduled shifts, and ensure your profile information is accurate.

Pay rates may vary depending on:

  • Facility
  • Role or license type
  • Shift timing
  • Incentive or bonus opportunities

1. Review Hourly Rate Before Confirming Shifts

Before confirming a shift:

  • Review the listed hourly pay rate
  • Check shift times and facility details
  • Review any notes or incentives included with the shift

Only accept shifts you are able to work.

2. Clock In and Out on the App

Accurate timekeeping is important for timely payment.

Make sure to:

  • Clock in on MyShyft at the beginning of your shift
  • Clock out on MyShyft at the end of your shift
  • Follow any facility-specific clock-in procedures

Missing or incorrect time records may delay payment processing.

3. Complete your Scheduled Shift

You are expected to work the full confirmed shift unless otherwise directed by the facility or approved by MyShyft support.

If issues arise during your shift:

  • Notify facility leadership
  • Contact MyShyft support immediately

4. Submit a Time Corrections Request if Needed

If your hours, pay, or time records are incorrect:

  • Submit a time corrections request within the shift once you have completed the shift

5. Receive Payment

Once your shift is completed you payment will begin processing per MyShyft’s pay guidelines.

Normal Pay Schedule:
