Both degree pathways qualify you to sit for the NCLEX-RN. ADN programs typically take about 2 years through community colleges, while BSN programs generally require about 4 years at a university. Accelerated BSN programs for students with a prior bachelor’s degree and LPN-to-RN bridge programs are widely available throughout Tennessee.
